I needed a cheapie plastic taillight lens for Hollister, because I was warned that they take a bit of a beating in Cossack service, and it would be a shame to trash an original. Found a pair of these that fit with a little grinding on the bench grinder... The plastic one is on the right; the damaged glass one was given to me by Steve at Vintage Motorcycles in Spanaway.

The two plastic lenses cost me $2.00 for both; the modifications required were just an afternoon's entertainment thrown in for nothing...
Here is one of the plastic lenses in the taillight Sam loaned me.

Kind of interesting... the taillight is from a late 1940's/early 1950's Harley 125. It's identical to a VL/UL tailight except for the two holes under the light to mount a bullet shaped shroud around the light. Thanks, Cap'n Sam. I'll find one and return this one to you when I can.
BitMonkey, I might try to use one of these LED taillight bulbs if you still have any.
I also found a pretty cool 1930's Bakelite gearshift knob (free), and made a custom insert to fit the Harley:

I was also trying hard to find headlight bulbs. For my bike they are kinda rare, because they only fit the Springer headlight, but my motorcycle is 12v. Harley never made them that way.

At a random stop at Bent Bike in Auburn, I saw a whole box of them sitting on a shelf, and when I asked, they wanted $1.95 each. They had no idea what they fit, just that they were "wierd", and had been there for a long time. I bought four, to supplement the three I ordered from 45 Restoration Company at $5.95 each.
All in all, a pretty good day. The Plymouth ran good, and I think I finally have a cylinder head that is free of cracks, and the new coating on the manifolds looks really nice.
I'm a little disappointed you didn't intermediately sell it all for $150 profit.
