Beachcombing...

Sorry for the gap in postings. We were on Spring Break, and visiting Southern Oregon and Northern California Coast. Had to get a picture of the GPS; as you can see, the route from I-5 over to Reedsport is appropriate for this blog...

We visited a beach called Face Rock Beach (although we renamed it Facebook beach as a joke). See if Vaughn can find the face...

Face Rock Beach is in Bandon Oregon. This is our new favorite spot along the coast. As you can see, the beach is breathtaking. It's at the bottom of a cliff.

We were beachcombing, and Jim found this 1930's taillight that was half-buried in the cliffside. I think it's form a 1933 to 1936 Ford. It really needs to grace a bobber, after emerging from the sand after 40-50 years.

  1. Wow. Those pictures are stunning. That taillight does need to see use on something.
