No photos, but progress on bars. Got all the parts made, and even lapped the internals so the spirals turn smooth as "buttah". Just need to hook up with the weldor this Saturday to plug weld the bar ends into the bars. Then I should be able to mount them. Pretty pleased with the outcome, even though they would cost about $1200.00 if I valued my own time for more than $2 per hour... Stay tuned...
Still need to sort out what exactly is required to mount the Flanders top clamp. I think I need a different fork neck nut.

ReplyDeleteI've reminded myself a couple times recently how super cool it is to have a taillight that just works... no drama. We won't ever assess the labor cost of that project, right?
